He might be mostly blind, semi-dark and without his glasses, but he still finds Cisco's lips, after some failed attempts have him kiss his cheek and chin and - for a moment - his nose. "You need rest." Maybe lightly nipping Cisco's lower lip while pinning him down isn't the biggest help toward relaxing.
