It's true, Barry does have his hands full pretty much all the time. But he also wouldn't leave his own team if you paid him a million dollars. He might help out once in awhile though, if they asked. Interestingly, Tony might find quite a lot of detail in those news reports regarding DeVoe's actions and his abilities. Ever since Iris went public with everything (just not the identities of anyone on Team Flash), the press has been eating it up. It had certainly gotten them the results they'd hoped for, with the public essentially finding DeVoe for them.
