Tony is nowhere near as fast as The Flash, but then again he doesn't have to be for this particular situation. All he has to do is be in the right place at the right moment and going at the right speed, which he is thanks to a few minor tweaks by the mysterious Cisco.
Tony closes his eyes as the world erupts in a flash of white hot heat and feels himself thrown backwards. Luckily he has enough power with this thrusters to catch himself mid air, though the front of his suit is now a nice charred red than racer red. He opens his eyes just in time to see the remnants of what's left of the satellite fall to the ground and Flash collide into a building and slide down. He rushes forward, catching him just before he can crash into the ground.
Tony's mask slides back, a worried expression emerging. "Hey," he says, lying him on the ground. "Flash. You okay?" He tries not to think about what crashing into the side of a building at that kind of speed could do to a person. Someone with this kind of speed, had to have super healing too, right?
