It was supposed to be her and she'd told them that. Lincoln shouldn't of been out there. Shouldn't of been the one to take out Hive. It had hit her pretty damn hard and she hadn't taken it well. Enough that SHIELD was chasing her now. The papers talking about Quake this and Quake that. She wouldn't let them get to her. After all, she knew how to get past all of it.

So she's taken to hiding and keeping track of where SHIELD was, doing what she needed to do. Taking what she needed to take in order to survive. Even though now... now she was feeling restless, but she knew that she couldn't stop. Couldn't let it mess with her head.

Not now.

The world wasn't supposed to end like this. Where everyone died around them. She was hoping that it wouldn't come to this. Wouldn't come to... well, losing all of their friends. Hell, she's pretty damn sure that she was losing her brother too. Samantha McCall didn't do well with loss. What else she didn't do well with were her powers. They showed up at the most in opportune time.

"Scotty?" After all, she had to make sure that he was still there. Still alive.

He doesn't actually remember much before the last few months. In fact, the earliest memory he can pull up is the day he woke up on the beach in Florida. He doesn't even remember how he got there, or anything about his life. He doesn't even know his name.

There is one other thing he remembers. Just a girl, some...gorgeous girl he doesn't remember anything about. She shows up in his dreams sometimes, and even when he doesn't remember anything else about them, she sticks out. She's important somehow, and he's certain if he could just...find her, he could figure out everything else later.
